Our Programs

Our programs are designed by women, for women, and can dramatically change the way you look and feel in as little as 1 month.

Our nationally certified fitness experts create workouts designed specifically for a womans body. Modifications of each exercise are shown, making the boot camp experience suitable to ladies who may already be in great physical condition as well as those who have never worked out before.

When you first arrive, you will be greeted by your friendly trainer who truly cares about helping you reach your goals. She will talk about what you, personally, what to achieve. You will also receive a free 30 day meal plan created by a nutritionist, to maximize your boot camp results. This plan includes family friendly recipes and printable grocery lists to make healthy eating simple!

Our classes are always fun, energetic and DIFFERENT! You never know what is coming next. We want to keep your muscles guessing so that there is no plateau. You will always get a fat-blasting, full body workout and all exercises are shown at various levels so everyone is working at their own pace. You can start with us at any time ~ so no waiting for a new camp to begin! Our program meets 3 days a week and your trainer is there to encourage and keep you accountable every time. She will even check in on you if you miss camp!
