With a passion for helping women embrace their strength, confidence, and vitality, Toni takes a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on both physical and mental well-being.
Toni’s journey in the fitness industry began with the original Texas Fit Chicks where she experienced her own transformation and discovered the power of exercise and being a part of a supportive community of vibrant, like-minded women. Inspired by her own journey and the support of Texas Fit Chicks, she pursued certifications in personal training, health coaching, and went on to attain a Masters Degree in Health Education. This journey equipped her with the knowledge, skills, and passion to guide others on their path to wellness and a more fulfilling life.
